Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the iStream website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). iStream Media House is a division of Digital Sequence (Pvt.) Ltd, registered in Zimbabwe.

2. Services

iStream provides media production, studio hire, equipment rental, and live streaming services. Service availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by iStream. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking. Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Payments are accepted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are net 7 days from invoice date unless otherwise specified.

4. Equipment Rental

Rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. The renter is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment during the rental period. Insurance may be required for high-value items.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, iStream retains the right to use footage and content produced during our services for promotional purposes (showreel, portfolio, social media). Clients retain full ownership of their commissioned content.

6. Limitation of Liability

iStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
