About Us
From the Stadium to the Studio
iStream is a division of Digital Sequence (Pvt.) Ltd — Zimbabwe's digital ecosystem company. We exist to bring professional broadcast production to African sport and media.
Our Story
iStream began in the studio. We built a professional production and recording space in Harare — a proper home for podcasts, video shoots, and studio shows, with broadcast-grade gear and a team that knew how to use it.
From that studio base, we moved into sport. Multi-camera match production and live broadcast coverage for schools, clubs, and tournaments — football, rugby, cricket, basketball, and more — became a core part of what we do.
As our capabilities grew, so did demand from other sectors. Churches needed reliable streaming, corporates needed professional webcasting, and the agriculture sector needed field production and interviews. iStream grew into dedicated Studio, Sport, and Live divisions to serve them all.
Today, iStream operates from our base in Harare with a fully equipped studio and outside broadcast capability. We are proudly Zimbabwean, building African media infrastructure to international standards.
The Team
Dirk Viljoen
Operations Director
With decades of broadcast experience across Africa, Dirk leads iStream's production operations, equipment strategy, and crew development. The technical backbone of the company.
Jason Seremwe
Producer
Jason leads production planning and on-the-ground execution across sport, studio, and live divisions. His attention to detail ensures every project meets broadcast standards.
David McAllister
Managing Director
Handles the business side — finance, client relationships, and administration. David keeps the wheels turning so the production team can focus on delivering.
